Mission:The mission of the Lincoln County R-III School District Employee Wellness Program is to encourage and foster a healthy environment, through which, education and motivation inspires employees, dependents and retirees to live and work healthy and to sustain their overall health and well-being so that we can continue to create a more successful tomorrow.
Vision:
I. Educate: Provide quality materials and programs to educate employees, dependents and retirees regarding all dimensions of their health; physical, intellectual, occupational, emotional, environmental, social and spiritual.
II. Motivate: Encourage participation through open and wide-spread communication, increased convenience, community interaction, and celebration of accomplishments.
III. Sustain: Frequently review and refresh events, materials, and incentives to encourage continued participation and support for the overall program on a long-term basis.
Goals:
1. Decrease sick and dock days for all employees by 10% by the end of the 2020-2021 school year.
2. Host 2 programs and 1 health fair during the 2020-21 school year.
3. Establish communication channels by completing and regularly updating a Wellness website and by utilizing 3bay in order to increase knowledge of and participation in events throughout the school year. To be measured by short surveys at the end of events to find out how an employee was informed.
