Submitting a Request for Facility Use
In certain Internet browsers, users report receiving an error after submitting the form or the inability to click submit. The Office of Community Relations is working with Schoolwires to correct the issue. Please utilize the following tips to ensure your request is received by the Facilities Department.
- Avoid registering and submitting a request using Internet Explorer, community members have reported an inability to "submit" the request via Internet Explorer.
- Fewer issues have been reported with Internet browsers such as Safari, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.
- If you do not receive a notice of acknowledgment within one business day, please contact Beverly Wallis in the facilities office at 636.462.3805 or by email.
- Facilities use request for the 2021-22 school year may be submitted on or after July 1st, 2021.
