Update on 2020-2021 Registration
On June 9th, when you enter ECEC parking lot please pull into a numbered spot and remain in your car. We will call one car at a time starting with number 1. Please be flexible on your days and times. Currently enrolled students and their siblings have already enrolled so some spots are limited. See below for information:
Very few openings in the 9am-4pm 3yr old classroom.
Some openings in the 9am-4pm 4 yr old classroom (all 5 days only)
NO openings in the T, Th or MWF 9am-4pm 4 yr old classroom however we will be taking a wait list. If the all 5 day classroom does not fill up we will move children off the wait list into this classroom.
9am-Noon MWF has quite a few openings.
9am-Noon T, TH has barely any openings.
1pm-4pm MWF has quite a few openings.
1pm-4pm T, Th has lots of openings.
If you are wanting a full day spot but there is not an opening at this time, you might consider taking a half day option for now and being put on the waitlist for a full day spot. There are no guarantees you will get a full day spot but spots do open up occssionaly.
2020-2021 ECEC Registration Information
Due to school closure for Covid-19 OPEN Enrollment has been changed to Tuesday, June 9th, 2020 at 7am for the 20-21 school year at the Early Childhood Education Center.
Your child must be 3 years by Aug 25 2020 to enroll at this time. If your child turns 3 on August 26, 2020 or after, you will need to call at the time of your child’s birthday to see if they are any openings.
PLEASE NOTE: The ECEC follows the Lincoln County R-III School District calendar EXACTLY (off Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, etc) with the EXCEPTION of the early out Wednesdays. ECEC ONLY has early out on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
Prices for the 20-21 school year are $13/day for half day and $26/day for full day. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month for that month’s attendance. A late fee will be assessed if paid after the 3rd of each month.
Full day is 9am-4pm

Half day is 9am-Noon OR 1pm-4pm
- 5 half days in the AM or PM
- M,W,F half days in the AM or PM

To Register Your Child for the 20-21 school year:
Come to the Early Childhood Education Center located at 1601 S Main St. Troy, MO 63379, on or after June 9th, 2020
Office hours are 7:00am-4:00pm
1. You must bring the completed Enrollment packet (ONLY COMPLETE THE FIRST TWO PAGES)
You can print it by clicking here for the enrollment packet or stop by ECEC to pick one up.
2. Bring your child’s birth certificate
3. Bring 2 proofs of residence (within the past 30 days)
4. Bring your child’s shot record
5. Bring a parent driver’s license
6. Bring court documents if necessary
7. Bring $60 for the supply & activity fee (Cash or Check only-checks will be cashed immediately-NO REFUNDS)
Our spots fill up quickly. You may not get your first choice of spots so please be aware of this when you come in to register. A spot will NOT be held for your child until ALL of the above items are received at the Early Childhood Education Center office. We are looking forward to another amazing year!

ECEC Parents as Teachers Named Blue Ribbon Affiliate

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL VISITORS
All campuses in the Lincoln County R-III School District will be utilizing the following new procedure for school visitors.
All visitors will be required to sign-in using the LobbyGuard Visitor Management system and scan their driver’s license. If the visitor does not have a driver’s license, another form of valid photo ID will be required. Following the sign-in process, a visitor badge will be printed and is to be worn at all times while on school property. Any visitor who is not wearing a visitor badge will be escorted to the main office.
Prior to leaving the school, all visitors must visit the main office and sign out using the LobbyGuard system. Main office staff will be available to answer questions and provide assistance as needed.
