Sewing Club Announcements

We meet the first and third Fridays of the month, unless for some reason, Mrs. Krumlinde is not in the building that day.
Our service project for the 2016-2017 school year was a quilt for Quilts of Valor.  Students paid 25 cents to put a message in a heart on the quilt.  Sewing Club  quilted it, then donated it to Quilts of Valor.
Other first projects included a zippered pouch and a potpouri bag.
Our serivce project for the 2017-2018 school year will be lap quilts, which will be donated to a local nursing home, after they are entered in the Pieces of the Heart quilt show in Wentzville.
Be thinking about what you would like to make next.
