The Lincoln County R-III School District’s Finance Office is working toward becoming a more environmentally-minded office by reducing paper. In the spring of 2013, the Finance Office launched the Employee Portal system. The new system reduces the amount of paper consumed and allows employees to manage their “business” in a secure, online setting.
R-III employees can request time for professional development days, personal days and sick in advance and can monitor the request through the approval process. The employee portal also allows employees to have access to their “bank” of days, pay check stubs and important documents electronically. The employee portal is also the place to complete your purchase orders.
