2020 Census

The official kick-off of the 2020 Census was April 1st. If you have not completed the form, will you take a few minutes to complete the census questionnaire sometime this week?

Though many aspects of our lives are currently changing, we can still help our schools and communities by completing the 2020 Census. The census is about collecting the necessary information to determine funding for our community needs, which includes support for school programs and services. The data collected will have an impact on the distribution of billions of dollars now, and for the next ten years.

In these times of uncertainty and physical distancing, standing together with our schools and with our communities has never been more critical. Click here to be directed to the official site of the 2020 Census.

The Census Bureau is providing three modes of response: through the internet (my2020census.gov), over the phone (844-330-2020), or by returning a paper questionnaire. All these confidential methods are considered safe in terms of protecting yourself and loved ones against COVID-19.

Could you fill out the 2020 Census form today? It takes about five minutes and is safe to do right from your home at my2020census.gov. This is something we can all do - not only for today but to help shape our future!
