Technology Department

Welcome to the Technology Services Department for the Lincoln County (Troy) R-III School District. We strive to improve the quality of instruction by increasing student-learning opportunities and strengthening teaching practices. It is our mission to help promote increased student achievement through the use of technology.

The Technology Services Department provides technical support on a variety of hardware and software needs within the district including but not limited to computers, laptops, security cameras, door access, projectors, iPads, phones, and other equipment. Employees utilize the Helpdesk system to report any problems or issues they are experiencing. Our department strives to address Helpdesk tickets in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.

Our department is responsible for network design and management, cable installation, phone system management, and student data management. Our district utilizes School Information Systems (SISK12) for our student records. The District Data Coordinator supports administrators, teachers, and parents on various data management issues within the district.

Our offices are located at 74 Ellis Avenue, Troy, MO.
