The LCR3 district is committed to supporting your professional development. In addition to the programs listed below, we're always exploring ways to promote higher education that would be accessible for our employees and/or families. This may include:

  • Partnerships with Colleges and Universities: We're actively seeking collaborations with local institutions to offer streamlined programs or benefits for LCR3 staff pursuing teacher licensure.
  • Program Discounts: Depending on the program you choose, you may be able to obtain tuition discounts or financial assistance through partnerships or district initiatives.
