If you are interested in being a substitute teacher or paraprofessional in the Lincoln County R-III School District, use the “willSub” link on the right side of the screen or go to the WillSubs website. You will click on “Start a new application” to apply.

To effectively facilitate the employment process, you will be required to provide the following documents:

• Copies of I-9 documents; normally a driver’s license and your social security card or birth certificate (If you bring a passport, it will cover both of these IDs).
• Banking Information to complete a direct deposit form or a voided check.
• Copied of your “official” college transcripts (Which are required for long-term substitute positions or available pay increases based on college degree attained).
• 3 reference names and valid emails.

In addition, due to the requirements of the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, if you have not previously had an FBI Fingerprint background check done in the state of Missouri specifically to work in your desired school District in the twelve months preceding your start date, you are required to have this done before you will be able to continue in your new employment with ESS Midwest.
