Patrick Flannigan brings a wealth of experience in management, finance, and community leadership to the Board. A graduate of Lindenwood University with an MBA in Management and a Bachelor's in Production Management, Patrick began his career after serving four years in the Air Force. He spent 38 years in various roles before retiring from Anheuser-Busch as a Financial Analyst. Patrick has lived in Moscow Mills for 15 years and dedicated himself to civic service, including seven years driving an LCR3 school bus and serving as an Alderman and later the Mayor of Moscow Mills. He continues to promote the learning spirit as a substitute teacher. Patrick is a long-time financial supporter of the Education Foundation. He has a son working in the District and two grandsons currently attending LCR3 schools. His driving motto is: "Make it easier for the Teachers to teach."
