The Lincoln County R-III School District Parents as Teachers (PAT) Program continues to be recognized as a Blue Ribbon Affiliate.

Every five years, PAT programs are required to complete a comprehensive self-study and review process that demonstrates they meet or exceed the Parents as Teachers Essential Requirements and at least 80 percent of the Quality Standards.
