Her commitment to the Foundation’s mission is deeply personal, as it allows her to give back to the district that shaped her academic, professional, and personal growth. Through this role, she is dedicated to supporting initiatives that enhance educational opportunities, foster innovation, and supplement learning experiences for students and educators across the district.

Professionally, Heather brings a diverse background in education, business development, and leadership. After beginning her career in the classroom, she expanded her experience across multiple industries before joining EcoPower Electric as Business Development Manager. Her work has been guided by a passion for workforce development, mentorship, and creating pathways for individuals to thrive in evolving industries.

Heather and her husband, Justin, are proud parents to two daughters, Brooklynn and Kadence. Her service on the Education Foundation reflects both her professional experience and her personal investment in the future of the Troy R-III School District.
