Heather , Creech

Heather Creech is an educator, connector, and lifelong learner who believes meaningful opportunities are created when education, industry, and community work together.

A proud alumna of the Troy R-III School District, former district educator, and parent, Heather’s service to the Education Foundation is deeply personal. Her journey from student to teacher, parent, and community leader has shaped her commitment to expanding opportunities for students and educators.

Professionally, Heather serves as Education Program Coordinator for the Electrical Board of Missouri & Illinois (EBMI), where she leads professional development, workforce initiatives, and industry partnerships across Missouri and Illinois. Her career includes 15 years as a STEM educator and leadership within electrical apprenticeship, electrical contracting, and workforce development.

Throughout her career, Heather has remained passionate about connecting education to opportunity and helping people see what is possible for their future.

Heather and her husband, Justin, are proud parents to two daughters, Brooklynn and Kadence. Her service to the Foundation is both a way to give back to the community that shaped her and an investment in those who will shape its future.
