The Lincoln County R-III School District is beginning an important process to shape the future of our schools, and we are looking for  your input.

Over the coming months, we will develop a new strategic plan to guide our work from 2027 through 2032. This plan will help set priorities, align resources, and ensure we are meeting the needs of every student we serve.

A key first step is listening. We are inviting students, families, employees, and community members to share their thoughts as we begin conversations around our vision, mission, and core beliefs.
